Data collection on our website

Your data is collected when you voluntarily provide it to us (e.g. by filling out a form). Other data is collected automatically by the host when you visit our website. ome of this data is collected in order to display the website without errors or for analysis and statistics.

Personal data will only be transmitted to third parties if it is indispensable for the execution of the contract.
Beyond that, your data will not be transmitted to third parties without your consent.

An exception to this is the transfer of data if there is a legal or judicial authorization or if we involve third parties who are bound to professional secrecy in order to enforce our rights.

The basis for the aforementioned data processing is Art. 6 (1) lit. b DSGVO, which permits the processing of data for the fulfillment of a contract or pre-contractual measures.
Server log files

The provider with whom we host this website automatically collects and stores information about website visitors in so-called server log files. This information is transmitted automatically by your browser.

These are:

  • Browser type and browser version
  • Operating system used
  • referrer URL
  • Host name of the accessing computer
  • Time of the server request
  • IP address

This data is not merged with other data sources.

The basis for the data processing is our legitimate interest (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO) in the technically error-free and optimized provision of our services or in the clarification of any abuse or fraud.
SSL or TLS encryption

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, this site uses TLS encryption (also known by the old name “SSL”). You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that “https://” is displayed in the address bar of the browser, as well as by the lock symbol in your browser bar.

If TLS encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.
Cookies

This website partly uses cookies. Cookies are small pieces of text information that your browser stores. Cookies are not fundamentally evil. They enable visitor interactions, for example.

Most of the cookies we use are so-called “session cookies”. They are automatically deleted after the end of your visit. Other cookies remain stored on your terminal device until you delete them. These cookies allow us to recognize your browser on your next visit. Cookies do not contain any personal data and can therefore not be directly assigned to you as a user. Please note that certain cookies are already set as soon as you call up our website.

Cookies that are required to carry out the electronic communication process or to provide certain functions desired by you are stored on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. f DSGVO. As a website operator, we have a legitimate interest in storing cookies for the technically error-free and optimized provision of our services. Other cookies (e.g. cookies for analyzing your surfing behavior) that are stored are treated separately in this privacy policy.

You can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and only allow cookies in individual cases, exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser. If cookies are deactivated, the functionality of this website may be limited.
Configuration of the cookie settings in the browser

Communication via e-mail

We would like to make note that data transmission on the Internet (e.g. also when communicating by e-mail) can have security gaps. A complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.

If you send us an e-mail, this data will be stored by us. The legally prescribed storage period for business letters (including fax and e-mail) is 6 years according to § 257 HGB.

We take care that your data is protected against unauthorized access and knowledge by third parties according to the current state of the art.
Contact form

If you contact us via the contact form, the information you provide on the form, including your contact details, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing your inquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.

The processing of the data entered in the contact form is therefore based exclusively on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO). You can revoke this consent at any time. For this purpose, an informal communication by e-mail to us is sufficient. The legality of the data processing operations carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.

The data entered by you in the contact form will remain with us until you request us to delete it, revoke your consent to store it, or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies (e.g. after processing your request has been completed). Mandatory legal provisions – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected.

Analysis tools

When visiting my website, your surfing behavior may be statistically analyzed. This is done mainly with cookies and with so-called analysis programs. The analysis of your surfing behavior is usually anonymous; the surfing behavior cannot be traced back to yours. You can object to this analysis or prevent it by not using certain tools. Detailed information on this can be found in the following passages:
Google Analytics

Our website uses Google Analytics. Cookies are placed on your device to analyze how you use this website. The data collected in this way is transferred to Google and stored in the USA. You can find more information about Google Analytics in Google’s privacy policy: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245?hl=de.

You can prevent these cookies from being stored on your terminal device by changing your browser settings. However, this may mean that the use of my website will then only be possible to a limited extent. In addition, by installing a browser tool, you can prevent the usage data and IP address from being collected and processed by Google. You can download the tool for installation here: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de

This tracking and analysis service is provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street Dublin 4, Ireland.

You can prevent data collection by Google Analytics by clicking on the following link. This will set a so-called opt-out cookie, which will prevent the collection of your data when visiting this website in the future: Google Analytics deactivate

The storage of Google Analytics cookies is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. f DSGVO. As the website operator, I have a legitimate interest in analyzing user behavior in order to optimize both our website and my advertising.

IP anonymization

I have activated the IP anonymization function on this website. This means that your IP address will be shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other states party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area before being transmitted to the USA. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On my behalf as the operator of this website, Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage to me as the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with any other data held by Google.
Browser Plugin

You can prevent the storage of cookies by making the appropriate setting in your browser. However, I would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all the functions of this website in full.

In addition, you can prevent the usage data and IP address from being collected and processed by Google by installing a browser tool. You can download the tool for installation here: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de.
Demographic characteristics with Google Analytics

Our website uses the “demographic characteristics” feature of Google Analytics. This allows reports to be generated that contain statements about the age, gender and interests of site visitors. This data comes from interest-based advertising from Google as well as visitor data from third-party providers. This data cannot be assigned to a specific person. You can deactivate this function at any time via the ad settings in your Google account or generally prohibit the collection of your data by Google Analytics as explained in the item “Objection to data collection”.

Third party tools

Google Web Fonts

For the uniform display of fonts, we use so-called web fonts on my website, which are provided by Google. When you load a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into your browser cache in order to display texts and fonts correctly.

For this purpose, the browser you use must connect to Google’s servers. This tells Google that our website has been accessed via your IP address.

The use of Google Web Fonts is in the interest of a uniform and appealing presentation of my online offer and represents a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

If your browser does not support web fonts, a standard font from your computer will be used. For more information on Google Web Fonts, please visit https://developers.google.com/fonts/faq and see Google’s privacy policy: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/.

Google Maps

On our website, the map service Google Maps is integrated via an API.
The provider is Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

To use the functions of Google Maps, it is necessary to store your IP address. This information is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. The provider of this site has no influence on this data transmission.

The use of Google Maps is in the interest of an appealing presentation of our online offers and an easy location of the places indicated by us on the website. This represents a legitimate interest according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

More information on the handling of user data can be found in Google’s privacy policy: https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/.

MediWertung

On our website, rating seals of the provider MediWertung (MediWertung is a brand of freshamedia GmbH, Robert-Bosch-Str. 32, 63303 Dreieich) are displayed. To display the seals, a connection is established to the servers of MediWertung so that the current rating status can always be retrieved and displayed. Only those technical data are transmitted and stored that are necessary for the display of the seal and to ensure the security of our web server (for example, the IP address, browser type, etc.). This data is not merged with other data sources. The use of MediWertung is in the interest of easy findability and presentation of the authenticity of our practice and our online offer and represents a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 (1) lit. f DSGVO. For more information on how MediWertung processes your data when you visit a MediWertung website, please refer to MediWertung’s privacy policy: https://medi-wertung.de/datenschutz/.

Your rights

Within the framework of the applicable legal provisions, you have the right at any time to free information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipient and the purpose of data processing and, if necessary, a right to correction, blocking or deletion of this data.

Revocation of your consent to data processing

For most data processing operations, your explicit consent is required. Of course, you can revoke consent you have already given at any time.

The legality of the data processing carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.
Right to data portability

You have the right to have data that we process automatically on the basis of your consent or in fulfillment of a contract handed over to yourself or to a third party in a common, machine-readable format. If you wish the data to be transferred directly to another responsible party, this will only be done insofar as it is technically feasible.
Right of appeal to the competent supervisory authority

In the event of violations of data protection law, you have a right of appeal to the competent supervisory authority. The competent supervisory authority in data protection matters is the state data protection commissioner of the federal state in which we have our registered office. You can find a current list of the state data protection commissioners and their contact details at this address: https://www.bfdi.bund.de/DE/Infothek/Anschriften_Links/anschriften_links-node.html.

If you have any questions about this or about the subject of personal data, you can contact us at any time at the above address.

Consent manager

We have integrated the consent management tool “consentmanager” (www.consentmanager.net) from Jaohawi AB (Håltgelvågen 1b, 72348 Västerås, Sweden, info@consentmanager.net) on our website to request consent for data processing or the use of cookies or similar functions. With the help of “consentmanager” you have the possibility to give or refuse your consent for certain functionalities of our website, e.g. for the purpose of integrating external elements, integrating streaming content, statistical analysis, coverage measurement and personalized advertising. You can use “consentmanager” to give or reject your consent for all functions or to give your consent for individual purposes or individual functions. The settings you have made can also be changed by you afterwards. The purpose of integrating “consentmanager” is to allow users of our website to decide on the aforementioned matters and, in the course of their continued use of our website, to offer them the opportunity to change settings they have already made. In the course of using “consentmanager”, personal data as well as information of the end devices used, such as the IP address, are processed.

The legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. c) in conjunction with. Art. 6 para. 3 p. 1 lit. a) in conjunction with. Art. 7 para. 1 DSGVO and alternatively lit. f). By processing the data, we help our customers (according to DSGVO the responsible party) to fulfill their legal obligations (e.g. obligation to provide evidence). Our legitimate interests in the processing lie in the storage of user settings and preferences in relation to the use of cookies and other functionalities. “Consentmanager” stores your data as long as your user settings are active. After two years after the user settings have been made, a new request for consent is made. The user settings made will then be stored again for this period.

You can object to the processing. Your right to object exists for reasons arising from your particular situation. For the purpose of objection, please contact us via e-mail at info@consentmanager.net.

Pain in the fingers, carpus and wrists can have a wide variety of causes. Acute injuries due to compression, contusion or fracture can cause these symptoms. However, chronic inflammatory diseases of the rheumatic type or bacterial infections (including Lyme disease) are other possible causes. If, however, no cause is found in orthodox medicine, hidden inflammatory foci, so-called interference fields, are often possible causes, which can be detected by Applied Kinesiology and treated by means of acupuncture or neural therapy. For supportive pain therapy, the latter therapies are also a possible option.

This is one of the new popular diseases. Everyone knows the grinding or biting with the teeth, the morning tension in the jaw area in stressful everyday situations. Learn more about the effects of overloading the jaw joint in my blog.

The unconscious release of stress usually takes place at night. Unnoticed it comes to grinding movements of the teeth or to increased biting during sleep. This can lead to an overload of the teeth, the jaw bone and also the temporomandibular joint and sometimes cause symptoms in distant organs or joints, which seem to have no connection with the initial place of origin of the complaints. Learn more about symptoms and treatment options here.

Headache – one of the most widespread diseases of our society requires detailed clarification to find the cause. These can be of organic origin (e.g. trauma, hemorrhage, stroke, high blood pressure, chronic sinusitis, tumors, etc.) or of a functional or psychological nature (tension, overload, dehydration, etc.).

Therefore, a good interaction of neurology, ear, nose and throat medicine, dentistry, orthopedics and, if necessary, radiology, internal medicine / cardiology or vascular surgery is important for accurate diagnosis.

Because not all headaches originate from the head. Temporomandibular joint disorders (CMD), cervical vertebrae blockages or even incorrect shoe inserts can lead to complaints in the head area over a longer period of time. So-called interference fields such as undiscovered dental foci or scars along meridians can also be the cause of these complaints.

The therapy options depend on the corresponding cause. If an organic cause has been ruled out, however, osteopathy / manual medicine and also acupuncture as well as neural therapy can provide support in the therapy.
